Nash said he and another team member attempted to intervene but were overpowered. “He was in a rage,” Nash recalled, describing how Diddy allegedly yanked Ventura Fine off a couch in the middle of the confrontation.

Diddy has pleaded not guilty to all charges. Clark Alleges Abuse, Threats, and Coercion in Diddy Testimony

During her testimony, Clark recalled witnessing an alarming encounter between Diddy and Ventura. “He kept kicking her. He never used his hands,” she said. The courtroom remained focused as Clark delivered her account, which has not yet been corroborated by additional evidence or witness statements.

In a recent interview, Que alleged that Dawn gave him a red pill, which he believed to be ecstasy but later suspected was a horse tranquilizer. He described experiencing a blackout, waking up disoriented in a basement bedroom, and suffering long-term psychological effects. Que further claimed that the pill was provided by Dawn at Diddy’s request, suggesting he was used in a manipulative experiment.

Responding to these accusations, Dawn Richard issued a statement categorically denying the claims. She stated, “I want to be unequivocally clear: I have never drugged anyone, nor have I ever given anyone pills to take.” Dawn emphasized that if Que genuinely believed she had drugged him, it would be inconsistent with subsequent actions, such as inviting her into his home and introducing her to his family. “If such a belief were genuine,” she added, “it would be inconsistent with the actions that followed—like inviting me into your home, introducing me to your family, and continuing a relationship.” 

Dawn also mentioned that she had previously chosen to keep details of their relationship private out of respect for Que and his family. She expressed a desire to move forward with integrity and hoped others would do the same.

The incident involved Cudi’s Porsche, which was destroyed by a Molotov cocktail. He suggested Combs may have been involved.

Cudi, born Scott Mescudi, testified on May 22 during day nine of Combs’ federal sex trafficking trial. He recalled getting a call from his dog-sitter saying his car was on fire. A friend soon sent him a photo of the burning vehicle.

When he arrived at his Los Angeles home, the damage was beyond repair. “The top of my Porsche was cut open,” he told the court. “That’s where they inserted the Molotov cocktail.”

Police records confirm an incendiary device caused the fire. Cudi first acknowledged the incident publicly in 2023 but didn’t assign blame. In court, however, he linked the event to his brief relationship with singer Cassie Ventura, who was also involved with Combs at the time.

Ventura, who dated Diddy until 2018, had previously testified that Combs threatened to blow up Cudi’s car out of jealousy. According to Cudi, he confronted Combs at Soho House in Los Angeles after the incident. When he asked, “What are we going to do about my car?” Combs allegedly replied, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

Cudi said they met again years later, when Combs reportedly told him, “I want to apologize for everything.” While Cudi said he made peace with it, his courtroom testimony revived suspicions about Combs’ possible role in the arson.

Diddy’s attorneys want that testimony dismissed. They argue Cudi’s statements amount to speculation and pose a risk of unfair prejudice. They also insist a witness can’t testify that someone was “lying,” as Cudi implied Combs had done.

The Los Angeles Fire Department said records from the 2012 incident are no longer available due to expired retention policies. Cudi’s team has not issued a comment.

Diddy is currently facing federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and facilitating prostitution. He has denied all allegations. The trial remains underway.
