Ice Spice is ringing in the holidays with a refreshed take on her debut album, Y2K!

On Tuesday, December 24, the Bronx rapper announced an expanded edition titled Y2K!: I’m Just A Girl (Deluxe), featuring five new tracks, including the highly anticipated “Hannah Montana” with DaBaby and NLE Choppa.

The deluxe version, set to drop on Wednesday, December 25, will also include collaborations like “BB Belt (Remix)” featuring Bb trickz and “Popa (Remix)” with Anuel AA. Additionally, fresh tracks “So What?” and “Like” round out the new offerings. RiotUSA, a frequent collaborator, remains at the helm for much of the production, ensuring the project’s signature sound.

To build anticipation, Ice Spice engaged her fans in a playful Instagram poll, asking them to choose between two cover designs—pink or blue—crafted by renowned photographer David LaChapelle. The original Y2K!, which debuted in July, packed punchy tracks like “Phat Butt,” the Central Cee-assisted “Did It First,” and “Think U The S**t (Fart),” where Ice Spice didn’t hold back on addressing Latto. Contributions from Travis Scott and Gunna added extra star power to the 10-song project.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, the four-time Grammy nominee explained her creative approach to the album. “I wanted to branch out and experiment with different sounds,” she said.

“Most of the time, I just make music I enjoy, but occasionally, I’ll deliver something for the fans. It’s all about having fun and making tracks that feel good.”

Despite its star-studded features, Y2K! debuted at No. 18 on the Billboard 200 with first-week sales of 28,000 units. While the numbers fell short of expectations, Ice Spice saw it as progress compared to her previous project, Like..?, which sold 15,000 copies in 2023.

On Twitter, she expressed gratitude for her fans’ continued support. “Thank you to everyone who rocked with me from Like..? to now,” she wrote. “The Y2K! WORLD TOUR has been a blast. Numbers are cool, but the energy in Boston last night? Unreal!”

With the holiday update to Y2K! and a growing global fanbase, Ice Spice proves she’s here to stay, blending infectious beats and bold lyrics that keep the spotlight firmly on her.
