After months of anticipation, Young Thug is set to release “Money on Money,” the lead single from his forthcoming album, Uy Scuti—a high-stakes collaboration with longtime ally Future. Dropping this Friday, April 25, the track marks his first major release since walking free last fall under a plea deal, making it a defining moment in his post-incarceration return to music. In a subtle but deliberate move earlier this month, Thug hinted at the album’s imminent release with a succinct post on X: “It’s time. Red Planet.” The message appeared alongside a link to a freshly launched website built around the project.
The newly unveiled website now offers a curated selection of Uy Scuti-themed merchandise—ranging from vinyl and CDs to apparel and limited-edition collectibles. Though the album’s official release date remains under wraps, anticipation continues to mount ahead of its expected arrival next month.
Lil Baby Teases Joint Project with Future and Young Thug
Lil Baby also hinted at a larger collaboration in the works with Future and Young Thug. Speaking on Spotify’s A Day in the Life series, he offered a rare update on the trio’s creative dynamic: “Me and Future were working on a joint tape. We’re almost done with it. And now Slime is back, you know he’s not about to let that slide. He was like, ‘Shiiit.’”
Additionally, Young Thug, even while still behind bars, was the one to first pitch the idea of a collaboration.
