Reports indicate that Cam’ron unleashed a furious tirade, further fueling the ongoing feud with Jim Jones. The rapper opened season six of It Is What It Is alongside Ma$e, directly addressing Jones’ recent comments in a conversation with Justin Laboy. Cam denied Jones’ story about their shared upbringing, calling it false. He also refuted Jones’ account of Ma$e disrespecting him after joining Diddy’s Bad Boy. He declared, “You’re a guardian angel in designer, n-gga. You are from the Bronx, bro. You are not from Harlem. I did not grow up with you, my n-gga.”

Cam explained their friendship began only after Jones sought him out, following the buzz around his early mixtapes. These projects, alongside freestyles, featured collaborations with Ma$e, Big L, and his cousin Bloodshed—some tracks were played during their conversation. He stated, “You wasn’t there, n-gga! We were super-duper popping in the street. Everybody knew we were about to get a record deal.” “Basically, you heard our freestyles and you came up to me one day and you said, ‘Yo man, I heard the freestyles. Y’all killing shit. My grandmother died if y’all wanna come by and just hang out, y’all more than welcome.’” He continued, “You were fanned out and you begged n-ggas to come to your house after you heard all these mixtapes. That’s how you got in, n-gga.”

Cam’ron went on to point out that Ma$e was the one who taught Jim Jones to rap, sharing multiple clips where Jones himself acknowledges it. He questioned, “We taught you how to rap, n-gga. How you ran the whole organization? How you made Diplomats?” “N-gga, you ain’t made none of this! You were a fan. I put you down ’cause you had a free crib and you were a nice guy.”

Cam’ron Fires Back at Jones’ Accusations, Calling Out Betrayal and Hypocrisy

The “Killa Cam” rapper criticized Jones’ claim that he and 50 Cent were “dickriding” by bringing up their 2007 performance with the G-Unit star.

Cam’ron viewed that moment as a betrayal, and Jones’ recent comments only deepened the rift. Cam voiced, “I didn’t think it would be a big deal because you make up with every n-gga that put hands on you.” “I see you with C-Gutta from Junior M.A.F.I.A. I see you taking pictures with Tru Life. Mendeecees, y’all having sit-downs. Gunshots were let off with that! Y’all having sit-downs to work it out. He added, “Every n-gga that do something to put pressure on you, you sit there and work it out. But when n-ggas got genuine heart for you and don’t put hands on you, then you can keep going on and on. That’s the pattern.”
